RMG 201 Gas pressure regulator

RMG 201 is used at manufacturing stations. This applies to small flow rate control lines in gas pressure control stations. It is ideal for natural gas, gas, etc. G260, and all other non-corrosive substances. The device can also be used in immediate-acting, two-stage procedure, proper for high-pressure drops and comes with a safety pressure release valve for gas discharge in the intermediate-pressure stage. RMG 201 which is easy to operate, control and maintain.
The RMG 201 gas pressure regulator was designed to keep the outlet pressure steady within the specified limits, irrespective of inlet pressure and/or stream deviations. The gas pressure regulator consists of two levels of development. The effect of the inlet pressure on the outlet pressure controlling precision is largely limited by the intermediate pressure level. The set-point of the intermediate stage of the pressure is adjustable. The diaphragm of the intermediate stage is filled with the outlet pressure as a follow-up position; thus, the intermediate pressure still equals the outlet pressure by the amount of the motion. Therefore, the intermediate stress phase does not require a ventilation column. The intermediate stress level is also fitted with a security relief valve, the reaction pressure is set at 12 bar or 18 bar.

RMG 201 Gas pressure regulator

Both the control stage and the intermediate pressure stage can be equipped with different orifices. The safety relief valve for gas leakage is incorporated in the actuator for outlet pressures up to 0.5 bar. The set-point can be changed by 0.025 bar to 0.150 bar above the production level. The stress load of the outlet shall be induced through the outer measurement board. The outlet force to be monitored is measured at the measurement point and has a direct effect on the measuring diaphragm of the control level. The resultant strength is equivalent to the intensity of the spring setpoint. Each regulation variation results in a related (proportional) stroke shift in the outlet stress orifice. The subsequent modification of the current contributes to the adjustment of the real exit force to the set-point.

Pressure from RMG 200 Gas Pressure Regulator is applied to the diaphragm. The charging pressure in RMG 200 acts within the actuator and acts proportionally on the surface of the valve, thereby inducing a flow shift. The seat of the valve is fitted without compensating for the inlet pressure. The movement of the auxiliary force is adjusted as a load stress according to the variance in control and the loading pressure. RMG 200 pressure is therefore controlled in accordance with the setpoint value, taking into account the output voltage.
