RMG RABO-US 3.5M – 14M

For most forms of clear, dry, non-corrosive common gases, RMG RABO meters are appropriate. They are NOT for use of biogas, coal, oxygen, acetylene, or any other form of fluid. Contamination in the gas stream can influence product life and calculation accuracy. Periodic repairs will improve the meter’s life and efficiency. The RABO meter uses a positive operating displacement principle which performs volumetric measures by moving finite gas volumes.

RMG RABO-US 3.5M – 14M

In a cavity between the inner housing of the meter and its revolving impellers, the positive displacement occurs. As a result of pressure fall through the inlet and outlet of the meter formed as downstream gas is consumed, the counter-rotating “FIGUE-8” impellers [Figure 1] transform. The spinning pulls broke the moving gas into minute, finite quantities with a mechanical index. The RABO meter is free of wear elements, since accurate clearances between the rollers and the meter body are protected by timing gears designed to increase long-term accuracy. A RABO meter can remain reliable for several years, incorporating sufficient filtration and routine servicing. In order to protect the product against injury, RMG RABO meters should be treated with caution. If the shipment reveals the harm incurred by maltreatment during transit, you can promptly inform the shipper, file a lawsuit with the carrier and alert the RMG provider. Inner component damage can occur without external observable damage. The free spin of the impellers from a light blowing into the inlet should be checked and checked on all the new meters. This minimal air pressure can lead to a freely spinning pull and a gradual stop. Configuration of (top inlet) piping. Vertical piping (top inlet), since the meter helps pollutants to flow more easily into the meter, is favored. Any pipe that connects the impeller should be correctly supported and aligned to remove the pressure of the meter. A filter or strainer at the inlet of the meter and non-lubricated insulation valves are recommended as piping procedures. A bypass line allows the meter to be maintained and replaced and maintains consistent gas supplies. The calculation shouldn’t be less than operating the outlet pipe. Installation of the drip leg in the outlet pipes to collect the condensate is advised if it is appropriate to install the meter lower than the outlet pipe run. Never find the meter at the bottom of the device. At least 4 pipe diameters downstream from the outlet of the meter should also be mounted to prevent the meter from over-flowing. The warranty would not compensate defects due to conditions of excess flow.
