Actaris Fluxi 2000 Turbine Gas Meter

The Fluxi 2000/TZ meter comprises of five main parts: a body with all components; a stream shifting mechanism to regulate and accelerate flow of gas before the rotor; a control device with turbine wheel; a magnetic coupling used to transfer the turbine wheel to the totalizer, and a totalizer which records the calculated energy. An oil pump is given for the lubrication of the principal ball bearings in the unit of measurement. The oiling can be done even when the meter is under pressure. This machine makes it possible to calculate the gas pressure at the point of reference. It’s enabled by default now. Ermeto 6 mm is the normal tension switch. The machine both stabilizes and boosts the stream to the turbine shaft. It was designed to meet the criteria of the 2 EN12261 perturbance measures (low and high rate perturbations). Actaris Fluxi has Thermowell mounted. This allows the calculated gas temperature to be interpreted downstream from the turbine at the point of reference. As an alternative, the meter is ready for the installation of two thermowells in our plant and integrated phones. The thermowells can be retrofitted without re-calibration of the meter (defined by form approval) if the meter is designed in this manner. The extension can also be added to the totalizer. That method causes the gap between the meter body and the index to be reduced so that you can read comfortably when the meter is filled with ice because of low temperature gas calculation.
