RMG 213 Gas pressure regulator

RMG 213 pressure regulator stress-reducing systems minimise the up-stream stress of the gaseous media down to the rear tension adjusted in the rear pressure array. The change of the marginal stress is accomplished by means of a spring-loading of the calculating and working diaphragm. Reducing valves are equipped with screw-in pressure gauges for inlet and rear pressure measurements. Configuration A non-return valve is necessary (return flow safety measure) which prevents the return flow of gas if the inlet pressure drops below that of the back pressure. The bodies of the RMG 213 pressure regulator systems are available in brass or stainless steel for threaded attachment and in cast metal or stainless steel for welding connection. The covers of the measuring devices M, H and S are constructed of pressed brass. As far as the measuring devices G and GS are concerned, the portion of the cover in contact with the gas is made of brass or stainless steel. With RMG 213 pressure regulator, you can raise the stream effects rom the active face of the calculating and operating diaphragm, the appropriate marginal stress spring and the opening diameter of the command nozzle. In the closing line, the gas current arranges the piston. As a consequence, upstream stress shifts are transferred in the reverse direction to the rear pressure. This effect is the influence of the upstream pressure. Measuring tools. For a given range of upstream stress, the marginal level change must be adjusted. The adjustment values (upstream stress influences) for the relevant measuring equipment are shown in the left side of the bottom column.
