RMG 219 Gas pressure regulator

The RMG 219 pressure regulator is an all-round gas regulator. If the master automation mechanism, i.e. the closed control circle, deviates, the magnetic force varies and the angle between the nozzle and the valve piston shifts. Due to a change in the voltage controlling load, the pressure changes proportionally and therefore the gas level regulator opens. In the governed section, the flow rate and/or pressure is equivalent to the specified setpoint. The RMG 219 pressure regulator can be controlled simply by hand under all circumstances, thus preserving the pressurized equilibrium on the valve plate before the main valve is released.
It is not permitted to use spare parts or lubricants other than those expressly listed in this RMG Spare Parts Operation and Maintenance Manual.

The valve stem is mounted upwards through the pressure chamber from the height DN50. The valve can only be controlled by hand after a decrease in the outlet pressure at the measurement point or an increase in the value within the spectrum of pressure differentials to be measured. Damaged parts and the dismounted O-rings have to be replaced by new ones.It is not permitted to use spare parts or lubricants other than those expressly listed in this RMG Spare Parts Operation and Maintenance Manual.
