764 Differential Pressure Transmitter

The mechanical actuator of the Model 764 transmitter is a dual bellows assembly linked by two stress housings. The dual bellows setupconsists of two inner bellows, a center block, overrange valves, a temperature compensator, a strain gage assembly, and range springs. The internal amount of bellows and center block is filled with a clean, non-corrosive, non-conductive liquid with a tiny freezing point and is shut.

This configuration also forms the cantilever beam of motion-sensing. The electronic transmitter offers a direct current output signal of 4-20 mA or 10-50 mA equivalent to the differential stress of the DPU. A two-wire transmission line transmits the entry signal to the remote processing facilities. The transmission circuit needs the accessibility of a regulated instant current (DC).
