Each measurement has a different SPU, and is available with a colour touchscreen graphic display. With an internal pressure-and-temperature sensor, the RMG TwinSonicplus gives additional calculation confidence to better quantify Reynolds number and dynamic body correction. This guarantees repeatable and reliable flow calculation even though process parameters are new or different. The encrypted data was handled by a Green Hills Tech pioneered philosophy of the Real Time Operating System (RTOS). Integrity RTOS offers a peace of mind with the highest degree of security actually possible on a real-time operating system. It is one of the world’s most dependable operating systems. The software package SonicExplorer® is used to set, diagnose and track the TwinSonicplus flow meters locally and remotely by an operator, service technician and engineering world.The “Generate a Customer Service Package,” one of SonicExplorer’s uniquely special functions, can be used by the user to automatically collect a log containing all the state of the ultra-sonic flow meter including the diagnosis, setup and spectral noise analysis in the case of alert or an alarm being generated. The Customer Service Kit is compressed automatedly and forwarded for Elster assistance or engineer/technician of your choosing to a preselected email address. The TwinSonicplus is a one meter body integrated with the Q.Sonicplus and the CheckSonic 2-track. Two sets of double and two single reflections are used by the Q.Sonicplus. A symmetrically weighted calculation is done by taking the mean value of both sets. The subtraction of the paired paths provides an indication of asymmetric flow along the mirror plane of the paths as an additional diagnostic feature. The two paths CheckSonic uses two single reflection paths for verification of this primary measurement.
