RMG USSA

The USSA can be configured with the required connection facial to any community regulator (see connection requirements) with inlet pressures of up to 125 PSIG. It provides an outstanding set of functionality for the use of common orifices in regulators. USSA is planned to follow the specifications of the standards in North America. The unit is fitted to the service regulator (series 1200B and 1800) with the following output features.USSA is designed to replace existing interrupts. It detects the regulator’s outlet pressure through the sensing trough and works to shut down the inlet pressure on the side of the inlet of the regulator in the event that it is above or under pressure conditions. The internal mechanism is ‘locked’ at normal working pressures. The lever (A and lock (B), which contact the base of the spring holder of the opss, are attached to the diaphragm in a rest place. As the outlet pressure rises above 90% of the pressure set by the over-pressure (opss) springs (J), the valve and the spindle are rejected by the loop containing the tripoff bushing (D) connected to the spindle. In the opsius spring and its holders, the diaphragm (K) continues to move upward (C). The spring (E) underpressure is now disabled. The shifting diaphragm pulls the height (A) up the latch face (B). At the end, the lever is swivel, carrying the heavy-duty plate (G). The lever is pushed out of the lock if the outlet pressure is hit by the pushing pressure. The latch pivots under the action of the force given by the valve actuating spring (F). This causes the spindle to detach from the spindle and the valve to shut on the hole. The spindle can be shifted and the valve shuts.
