RMG 530-E Gas pressure regulator

The RMG 530-E flow control valve operates with an electronic controlled flow or pressure control system. It is particularly used where high flow values need to be achieved with low pressure differentials. The main valve dn 50/100 to dn 150/300 is used in two different designs.There are two different body versions available to sizes up to DN 100/200. Body without safety shut-off (RMG 502 body) and body with incorporated security shut-off (RMG 503 body) device. The electrical actuator mounted on the top of the main valve pushes the sleeve through the threaded axle in the appropriate position. Identical actuators and valve sleeves are used for lengths DN 80/100 and DN 100/200. P. That’s p. The size of the valve sleeve shall be the length of the inlet.

Rubber screening ensures a bubble-resistant shut-off when the valve is closed. Special expansion boring trough arrangements provide an equivalent (hyperbolic) and linear characteristic curve percentage. The bore holes often offer a noise reduction of up to 15 dB(A) compared to the standard venting system with the valve plate and the valve cover. Optional components that mitigate noise may be introduced, growing the noise level to 30 dB(A). Please be aware that these components often increasing the flow rate.
