RMG Flowmeter WZ 07 (compact WBZ)

The WZ 07 vortex flow meter consists of the same electrometer and equipment as the WBZ 08 vortex meter.The meter is built into a pipe. It incorporates compact dimensions, simple installation and high maintenance accuracy.The device is designed for the calculation of all electricity and industrial gas volumes. The vortex meter is approved for use in hazardous areas with oxygen. The system provides ideal conditions for signal production. A downstream amplifier stabilises signal processing on ERZ 2000 fluid or CS 905 counter systems of the RMG model series.

Fluctuations such as swirl or asymmetric speed profile are removed by a fluid straightener.The thermistor sensors are mounted in meter head tubes over the bluffing body to prevent the direct exposure to fl ow and condensate accumulation.Such system allows the sensors to be inspected without removing the meters.
